# Organization profile

> Your organization's name, country, currency and the off-site punch reasons employees choose from.

## Profile fields

| Field                    | Notes                                                    |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Name** | The display name, shown throughout the apps. |
| **Legal name** | The registered entity name, used on statutory documents. |
| **Country**              | Two-letter code.                                         |
| **Currency**             | Three-letter code.                                       |
| **Financial year start** | **Read-only.** Fixed to April. |

<Note>
  **The financial year start cannot be changed.** Payroll's year-to-date arithmetic, leave accrual and carry-forward, and the compliance financial-year windows all assume an April start. The field is displayed so you know what the system is assuming, not so you can move it.
</Note>

Changes are audited.

## Off-site punch reasons

The list an employee picks from when they punch outside their location's geofence. These appear in the mobile app at the moment of the punch, so write them as things an employee would recognise:

* Client visit
* Site inspection
* Travelling between sites
* Working from home
* Delivery run

<Tip>
  Keep the list short and specific. A long list slows down a punch; a vague list ("Other") gives the approving manager nothing to decide on. Five to eight entries covering how your people actually work is about right.
</Tip>

Editing the list does not change reasons already recorded on past punches — those keep whatever text was chosen at the time.

## What is not here

<Warning>
  **Billing is a placeholder.** The Settings rail carries a Billing panel that states plainly that billing is not connected. The plan and invoices shown are static demo content and the manage-subscription button is disabled. There is no billing backend at all — it is a labelled placeholder, not a partially built feature.
