Open it in your phone’s browser and sign in with your OnTime email and password — the same credentials as any other OnTime surface. There is no separate employee login.
Add it to your home screen. It is built mobile-first and behaves like an installed app once it is there. On iOS use Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android, ⋮ → Add to Home screen.
Present throughout the app. It carries an unread count and opens a feed grouped into Today and Earlier — approval decisions, new messages, payslip publication, Form 16 availability.

A manager is also an employee. The manager app’s Me tab is this same self-service — a manager’s own punches, leave and payslips live here, and their own leave request goes to their manager.
The employee app is deliberately narrow. You cannot see other people’s attendance, approve anything, or change your own attendance record. Corrections go through a regularization — a request somebody else approves.
