Check Team Today
The Team tab opens on today. A stat strip counts who is in, late, absent and on leave; below it, a Needs attention list surfaces the people worth looking at first — someone late, or someone who normally punches by now and hasn’t.Tap a person to open their detail: where they are right now, when they punched, how long they have been in, and their week so far. From there you can message them or open their full profile.A map view plots reports whose punch today carried GPS coordinates. People without location data today are listed separately rather than guessed onto the map.
2
Clear your approvals queue
The Approvals tab is one queue holding three kinds of request from your direct reports:
Open a request to decide with context rather than from the list. A leave request shows the balance the employee would be left with, how many others on the team are already off on those dates, a suggested backup, and their pattern of taking that leave type this quarter.Approving or rejecting takes an optional note, which the employee sees.
You can only act on your direct reports. Somebody two levels down is HR’s to decide, not yours.
3
Pull a report
The Reports tab gives your team’s attendance percentage for a period, a trend against the previous one, and breakdowns — late arrivals, absences, overtime hours, average hours worked. Export downloads the same data as CSV.
4
Use your own self-service
The Me tab is your own employee record: your punches, your leave, your payslips. A manager is an employee too, and your own leave request goes to your manager, not to yourself.
