The Me tab is your account.

Your profile

The details OnTime holds about you: name, contact information, and your work details — designation, department, location, employee code, who you report to.
Which fields you can edit depends on your organization. Work details — your manager, your department, your shift — are set by an administrator, not by you. Contact details usually are yours to change.

Your documents

Your own vault: identity documents, onboarding paperwork, education certificates, tax documents. You can view and download; verifying and deleting are administrator actions. Downloads use a short-lived link rather than a permanent URL.

Sessions

Every place you are currently signed in, with when the session started.
1

Review the list

Recognise each entry. A session you cannot account for is worth acting on.
2

Revoke individually

Sign out one session — an old phone, a shared computer.
3

Or sign out everywhere

Ends every session, including the one you are using. You will need to sign in again.
If you change phones, revoke the old device’s session rather than assuming it lapses. OnTime sessions are stateful and stay live until revoked or expired.

Devices

The devices enrolled to you — mobile devices, and any biometric terminal enrolment associated with your record.
A biometric enrolment here is an association record. It links a terminal’s user ID to your OnTime record so your punches land on your day; it does not synchronize fingerprint templates with the hardware. Enrolling your finger on the terminal itself is a separate, physical step.

Signing out

From the Me tab. Signing out ends your current session only — use sign out everywhere if you want to end all of them.

Switching organizations

If you belong to more than one organization on OnTime, an organization switcher lets you change which one you are acting in without signing in again. Most people belong to exactly one and never see this.
